Non Returnable - Non Exchangeable Items:

• Items marked down as a clearance - final sale
• Undergarments including swimsuits, thongs, underwear, body-stockings, lingerie and body jewellery unless defective. (Due to health codes) Defective items will be replaced with the same item only.
• Stockings and pantyhose are not returnable once they have been removed from their original packaging.
• Personal items such as sex toys or other adult products (this includes DVD's) are not returnable unless defective and must be returned in their original packaging. Defective items will be replace with the same item only.

Please be advised these shoes are a fine quality fashion item, manufactured to a high standard and will last a long time when worn for the appropriate use as a fashion item. If used other than for their intended use: such as pole dancing or any type of strenuous podium dancing we cannot guarantee a replacement. Even though these types of shoes are widely known for these types of pole and podium dances you need to be aware, as no shoe of this type on the market can be guaranteed to withstand the strenuous activity. We highly value you patronage and will do everything to make sure you are satisfied with your purchases. Footwear that you feel is defective, you must contact us immediately and return the footwear in unworn new condition within 7 days of purchase with a receipt. The shoes must not be damaged, worn in a smokey environment, scuffed, stained extensively worn, stretched or damaged in anyway. Defective items will be replaced with same item only. Please note we do not refund.

All returns and exchanges are determined on a case to case basis by Premium Adult Concepts and can be refused for any reason.

However, wherever possible we may replace, repair or give you a store credit to the value of your purchase.
